Stat block

Also called: big numbers, stats section, key figures, KPI row.

A few important numbers shown very large, each with a short caption under it. It impresses at a glance, where the same numbers in a sentence would be missed.

The same four facts: as a stat block, then hidden inside a sentence.

Stats

Say it in a prompt

Add a stat block under the hero: four stats in a 2 by 2 grid (4 across on desktop), each a 28px semibold number with tabular digits and a 13px gray caption below, with a 2px accent line on the left.

Seen on

  • Stripe: A section of big numbers with short captions, like "135+ currencies" and "99.999% uptime".
  • Apple AirPods Pro 3: Key numbers are set very large (the CSS has 64px and 80px stat styles) with a small caption.

You might describe it as

  • huge numbers with a small word under each
  • the section with big impressive numbers
  • numbers like 99.9% uptime shown really big
